If a bedroom set costs €1,000 at wholesale, the normal retail could be up to €3,500 - OUR PRICE would be €1,350; and that includes delivery! That, undeniably, is quite a DIFFERENCE! The mark-up on furniture is obviously astronomical.

Why is retail so high?

Let’s say you walk into a gorgeous furniture store with aisles and aisles of great looking fine furnishings. Before you even get to the first aisle, a clerk greets you to “assist” your purchase. By the time you leave the store, you’re accosted by one or two more at least. The reason you went to the store in the first place was due to a very expensive full page ad showing some very attractive furniture on sale.

Not only do the store owners have to pay premium rent for the upscale location, but they also have to pay for all the utilities, insurance, trash removal, building maintenance, employee salaries, commissions, health insurance, unemployment insurance, retirement plans, the list can go on for long. Not even to mention the high cost of the ad that got you there in the first place. In reality, YOU are the one paying for all the extras.

Our selection is far greater than what any one retail store could display. The rent and upkeep are miniscule compared to your local retail outlet.
